Return Policy

The Time Teller Shop will accept refunds on all watches (unless stated in the product listing) within 7 days of delivery as long as the watch is returned in the exact same condition as it was shipped. 

*For the protection of the customer, and the shop- We must be notified prior to any return shipment!*

 **WE MUST RECEIVE WATCH WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY**

Before a refund is processed, the watch must be inspected by The Time Teller Shop's professional watchmakers to assure the quality and condition of the returned product.

If the watch passes inspection, a refund will be issued!

Please keep in mind, if you choose to go through with a return, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
